AI & automation

Automation &
AI agents.

Invoices, orders, delivery notes, customer requests: if someone retypes them by hand, they can be automated. We build flows that connect the software you already use and leave uncertain cases to a person.

Does one of these sound familiar?

  • Someone spends hours every week retyping data from documents.
  • You use several tools that don't talk to each other.
  • You get many similar requests by email and always answer by hand.

What we do

Document reading

We extract data from invoices, orders and attachments with language models, even when the layout changes from supplier to supplier.

Integrations

We connect email, ERP, CRM and spreadsheets through APIs and automated flows.

Agents and internal assistants

Assistants that answer your team using your procedures and documents.

Review and logging

Every step is logged. When the agent isn't sure, the document goes to a person.

How it works

  1. 01

    Process analysis

We follow today's flow and measure where time is lost.

  2. 02

    Prototype on real data

We test the automation on your documents before touching your systems.

  3. 03

    Go-live

We connect the tools and switch on checks and logging.

  4. 04

    Training

Your team learns to use and check the new flow.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with our ERP?

If your ERP has an API, an export or an accessible database, usually yes. We check it in the first analysis.

Where does our data go?

We choose providers and hosting regions together. For sensitive data we use services with data centres in the European Union.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

We set confidence thresholds: below them, a person checks the document before it reaches your ERP.
